What does your daily routine look like while job hunting?

Since my layoff as a project coordinator I have no real structure. It has been weighing on me all week. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What helps you switch off?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.
