What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? (Birmingham)

I have been out of work for 25 weeks and my days blur together. I am in Birmingham, in case local advice matters. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
