What does your daily routine look like while job hunting?, barista here

Since my layoff as a barista I have no real structure. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What helps you switch off?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
