What does your daily routine look like while job hunting?, bank teller here

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. I worked as a bank teller before this. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
