What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - any advice?

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. I worked as a forklift operator before this. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What does your day look like?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.
