What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - any advice?

I have been out of work for 15 weeks and my days blur together. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
