What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - any advice?

Since my layoff as a hotel front-desk agent I have no real structure. I worked as a hotel front-desk agent before this. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.
