What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - any advice?

Since my layoff as a pharmacy technician I have no real structure. I am in Toledo, in case local advice matters. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
