What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - any advice?

I have been out of work for 17 weeks and my days blur together. I worked as a store manager before this. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.
