What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - any advice?

Since my layoff as a dental hygienist I have no real structure. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Write a short list the night before. Waking up with a plan is a relief.
