What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - any advice?

I have been out of work for 24 weeks and my days blur together. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What helps you switch off?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.
