What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - any advice?

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. I worked as an HR coordinator before this. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What does your day look like?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
