What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - any advice?

Since my layoff as a payroll clerk I have no real structure. It has been weighing on me all week. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What helps you switch off?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
