What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - any advice?

I have been out of work for 15 weeks and my days blur together. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What helps you switch off?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
