What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - any advice?

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
