What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - any advice?

I have been out of work for 4 weeks and my days blur together. Any experience at all would help. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
