What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - any advice?

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. There are 6 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
