What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - any advice?

Since my layoff as a retail manager I have no real structure. I am in Minneapolis, in case local advice matters. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
