What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - any advice?

Since my layoff as a procurement assistant I have no real structure. Thank you in advance. I also want time to exercise and to see people. What helps you switch off?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
