What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - any advice?

Since my layoff as an IT help-desk technician I have no real structure. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I also want time to exercise and to see people.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
