What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? after 9 years as a security officer

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. There are 9 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What helps you switch off?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
