What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? after 9 years as a delivery driver

Since my layoff as a delivery driver I have no real structure. Any experience at all would help. I also want time to exercise and to see people. What helps you switch off?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.
