What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? after 9 years as a medical assistant

I have been out of work for 3 weeks and my days blur together. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon.

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
