What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? after 7 years as an HR coordinator

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. It has been a long 6 weeks. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
