What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? after 7 years as a data-entry clerk

Since my layoff as a data-entry clerk I have no real structure. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I also want time to exercise and to see people. What helps you switch off?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
