What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? after 7 years as an HR coordinator

Since my layoff as an HR coordinator I have no real structure. It has been a long 25 weeks. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What helps you switch off?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
