What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? after 7 years as an HR coordinator

Since my layoff as an HR coordinator I have no real structure. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I also want time to exercise and to see people. What does your day look like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
