What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? after 7 years as a forklift operator

Since my layoff as a forklift operator I have no real structure. It has been a long 2 weeks. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What helps you switch off?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
