What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? after 6 years as a security officer

I have been out of work for 4 weeks and my days blur together. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What helps you switch off?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
