What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? after 6 years as a bank teller

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What helps you switch off?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
