What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? after 5 years as a welding apprentice

I have been out of work for 15 weeks and my days blur together. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon.

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.
