What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? after 4 years as an HR coordinator

I have been out of work for 4 weeks and my days blur together. It has been weighing on me all week. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. How many hours do you really work on the search?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.
