What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? after 4 years as a retail manager

I have been out of work for 3 weeks and my days blur together. I worked as a retail manager before this. I also want time to exercise and to see people. What helps you switch off?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.
