What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? after 4 years as a dental hygienist

I have been out of work for 17 weeks and my days blur together. Any experience at all would help. I also want time to exercise and to see people. What does your day look like?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
