What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? after 4 years as a line cook

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. It has been weighing on me all week. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What helps you switch off?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
