What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? after 4 years as a graphic designer

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. It has been weighing on me all week. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
