What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? after 4 years as a project coordinator

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. I am in Minneapolis, in case local advice matters. I also want time to exercise and to see people. What helps you switch off?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
