What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? after 4 years as an insurance claims processor

Since my layoff as an insurance claims processor I have no real structure. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What does your day look like?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
