What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? after 18 years as an administrative assistant

I have been out of work for 17 weeks and my days blur together. Any experience at all would help. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What helps you switch off?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
