What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? after 18 years as a teaching assistant

I have been out of work for 20 weeks and my days blur together. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.
