What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? after 17 years as a bank teller

Since my layoff as a bank teller I have no real structure. I worked as a bank teller before this. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What helps you switch off?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.
