What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? after 17 years as a delivery driver

Since my layoff as a delivery driver I have no real structure. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What does your day look like?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
