What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? after 17 years as a data-entry clerk

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Write a short list the night before. Waking up with a plan is a relief.

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
