What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? after 17 years as an HR coordinator

I have been out of work for 14 weeks and my days blur together. Thank you in advance. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
