What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? after 16 years as a teaching assistant

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.
