What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? after 16 years as a warehouse supervisor

Since my layoff as a warehouse supervisor I have no real structure. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I also want time to exercise and to see people. What does your day look like?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
