What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? after 16 years as an operations analyst

I have been out of work for 7 weeks and my days blur together. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
