What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? after 15 years as a janitorial supervisor

I have been out of work for 24 weeks and my days blur together. Thank you in advance. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
