What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? after 14 years as an insurance claims processor

Since my layoff as an insurance claims processor I have no real structure. I worked as an insurance claims processor before this. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
