What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? after 13 years as a quality inspector

I have been out of work for 26 weeks and my days blur together. There are 13 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
